    My mom and I had the pleasure to work with Juan in March 2021. Juan was patient and worked around our busy schedules. As first time buyers, we had a ton of questions and Juan was ready to answer them all. If he did not know, he would make sure to ask or find out, then informed us. Juan got 3 roofing estimates and mold inspection. Juan is thorough, communicates well, and is well informed. After we bought our house, Juan reached out to make sure everything was going well; he answered any questions we had. My mom and I felt comfortable with Juan and are very happy with the quality service we received. Therefore, I would definitely recommend partnering with Juan to help you search for your home!

    I think everyone's journey on buying a home starts with friend recommendations. Well, our first experience was ok... I know, we were in a different market then, but we felt the pressure to commit out of two homes being shown. We MOVED AWAY and started to look for someone who knew the area we were looking in. We landed with Juan through his Tiktok, very informative at funny, Follow him! We are very happy to have him as our realtor, from the beginning was simple, on time, available, detailed oriented and we could feel his honesty. He explained the process very well and advised on what was to come or expect; always available to answer any questions. Never was he pushy or made us feel any pressure at all.
