He spent the beginning of his career as a management trainee for a nationally ranked private company which has served him as a building block for a hyper- focus career in sales and client experience. Over the next 10 plus years, his passion for sales & client experience is truly inspiring as Juan has made it his mission to provide an amazing journey for his clients in both buying or selling side of real estate. Juan is also a member of a local non-profit called “Strike Out For A Cause” which helps local military families create an everlasting memorable experiences through sporting events.
